• Analyze sales and online performance data to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor competitor and market activities within the online channel
• Track key digital performance indicators, including search ranking, product content, and availability
• Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality product content and digital shelf execution
• Prepare reports and performance analyses using Excel and other reporting tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for successful project execution
• Build effective relationships with customer contacts
• Potentially support regional/local accounts and gain exposure to traditional FMCG sales activities
