Skills

• Execute electrical maintenance tasks including repair/replacement of electrical circuits, appliances, systems, facilities, and related electrical controls and devices
• Ensure all lighting systems, fans, search lights, and signboards are in working order
• Prepare new electrical points as required
• Handle biometric locks and pass box complaints
• Control fire alarm panels and safety alarms in the lab
• Resolve HVAC electrical controlling and power issues
• Ensure appropriate electrical load on DBs and breakers
• Regularly check and test the earth pit
• Maintain daily logs and reports including requirement recommendations
• Coordinate with management regarding complaints or electrical material requests
• Collaborate with the Head of Department
• Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor/HOD
