Skills

• Possess a diploma qualifying for a pedagogical employee for daycare or BSO/NSO according to the CAO Kinderopvang
• Have experience in daycare or out-of-school care
• Possess good communication skills
• Ability to function independently and in a team
• Be registered in the Personnel Register Childcare or willing to register
• Be enthusiastic to work through Zorgwerk
• Present oneself representatively for childcare (clothing and behavior)
• Have affinity with Childcare and BSO
• Ability to work in employment with Zorgwerk, with the certainty of weekly payment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide loving and professional guidance to children in a childcare setting (kinderdagverblijf, BSO, NSO, or peuterspeelzaal)
• Create a warm and safe environment where each child feels comfortable and can develop optimally
• Actively follow the development of the children and observe their functioning within the group
