Skills

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Bank/Financial Institutions
• Minimum one-year relevant experience in implementation and reporting of IFRS-9
• Minimum 03 Years' relevant experience
• Minimum 03 Years' relevant experience in Bank/Financial Institutions
• One-year experience in Market Risk and Liquidity Risk Management
• Proficiency in financial modeling
• Knowledge of IFRS 9 standards
• Understanding of Basel Reports (CAR, LCR, NSFR)
• Experience with treasury activities
• Analytical skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing and implementing the ongoing quarterly production of IFRS 9 expected credit losses
• Providing insight and analytics on credit losses
• Developing additional IFRS 9 ECL models and/or PD/LGD scorecards
• Enhancing IFRS 9 model monitoring and management information packs
• Setting out and cascading IFRS 9 standards and requirements
• Ensuring new delivery partners provide necessary data and model output for IFRS 9
• Ensuring relevant journal balance movements reconciliations and MI reports are produced in line with IFRS 9
• Monitoring ongoing model inputs, assumptions and data for successful model output
• Working in a team for development of new models and back testing of existing models
• Providing and presenting advanced analytical insights
• Explaining new technical concepts when necessary
• Ensuring IFRS 9 standards and requirements are cascaded and met
• Formulating and development of environment & social risk management procedures
• Identifying and assessing environmental risks
• Working on the Environmental & Social Risk Management Framework
• Ensuring compliance with audit and inspection reports/observations
• Representing Risk Management for coordination
• Providing input on environmental risks management for new products and services
• Periodic reporting on environmental risks
• Working and updating ZTBL Environmental Risk Management procedure
• Assisting in development of required reporting
• Preparation of Market and Liquidity Risk Dashboard for the bank
• Preparation of Basel Reports (Stress testing, CAR, LCR, NSFR)
• Preparation of ALCO Packs for deliberation in ALCO meetings
• Review and Analysis of treasury Portfolio, Policy & Product periodic basis
• Preparation of periodical Risk Reports (VAR, Sensitivity, Duration, MTM)
• Monitoring treasury activities to reduce Market & Liquidity Risk
• Any other task assigned by the management
