• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
• 0–1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Exposure to modern tools, technologies & global clients

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via email, calls, and ticketing systems
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and escalate complex cases when required
• Maintain logs of issues and their resolutions in the support system
• Ensure timely response and maximum customer satisfaction
• Assist in onboarding users and guiding them through product features
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
