Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the overall functioning of the Facilitation Center and ensure compliance with IHHN program standards
- Ensure standardized FC structure and service delivery mechanisms are fully operational
- Coordinate effectively with FC staff for smooth implementation of program activities and adherence to SOPs
- Promptly escalate major operational or compliance issues to IHHN
- Submit daily checklists to IHHN highlighting FC functionality, stock status, beneficiary caseload, and operational challenges
- Ensure eligible beneficiaries receive appropriate guidance and comply with all program protocols for cash transfers and SNF distribution
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all required program services, including beneficiary authentication, anthropometric measurements, awareness sessions, and counseling
- Verify beneficiary compliance with registration, attendance at awareness sessions, ANC/PNC visits, and vaccination requirements
- Maintain regular communication with the District Coordinator and IHHN Provincial Office, providing timely updates and data
- Monitor monthly SNF distribution plans and actual distributions to align with the caseload of BISP beneficiaries
- Ensure approved SNF Management SOPs and IEC materials are displayed at the Facilitation Center
- Ensure tablets are securely stored, charged, functional, and have reliable internet connectivity
- Ensure the implementation and effectiveness of the beneficiary referral system and compliance by FC staff
- Ensure timely referral of malnourished beneficiaries to CMAM Stabilization Centers
- Coordinate with CNVs and other partners for functional community-level referral mechanisms
- Ensure full compliance with the IHHN Code of Conduct and all organizational policies
- Coordinate with Provincial HR/Admin team and DCs regarding repair, maintenance, logistics, and administrative matters
- Share all program-related issues, reporting updates, and data concerns with the Provincial IMO
- Support the registration process during high beneficiary caseload or in the absence of the Registration Officer
- Assist FC staff in compiling distribution reports and other required reports
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring and report any deviations from program guidelines or SOPs
- Perform any other duties assigned by IHHN at the Provincial or Country Office level
