Punjab Life Insurance Company is seeking a visionary and results-oriented professional for the key position of Chief Actuary. This role is integral to the company's actuarial function and strategic direction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional strategic and financial acumen, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As Chief Actuary, you will lead the actuarial function, providing expert advice on financial risk management, pricing, and product development. Your contributions will directly shape the company's strategic direction, ensuring profitability and managing risks across insurance lines.

• Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Actuarial Leadership, Pricing, Product Development & Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Team Development & People Management, Stakeholder Communication & Operational Excellence.
• Qualification: Fellow/Associate of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), Fellow/Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (FIA) or any globally accredited actuarial body, Business strategy / Data Sciences related certifications/qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience with an insurer, actuarial firm or an insurance company (incorporated under law of any jurisdiction outside Pakistan also counts) prior to appointment.
