• Monitor the entire accounts receivable process, from credit checks and limit requests to reminders and collections
• Directly engage with customers on complex payment issues
• Conduct credit risk analyses and recommend improvements
• Optimize and automate financial processes
• Contribute to cash flow and working capital management
