Skills

• - Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or equivalent
• - HEC-recognized certification in Fire Safety Management or Diploma
• - Professional certification in Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018)
• - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in a reputable health care institution
• - Practical experience in fire risk assessment, safety audits, fire drills, and emergency response training
• - Knowledge of fire safety equipment installation, testing, and maintenance
• - Strong understanding of fire safety protocols and professional integrity
• - MSN/Post RN BSN/BSN (Generics) preferred
• - Preferably teaching experience in Adult Health Nursing (I & II), Anatomy and Physiology (I & II), Mental Health Nursing, Community Health Nursing (I, II & III) and Teaching Methodologies
• - 2 years' experience in relevant field of teaching/clinical experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Manage and oversee all aspects of fire safety within the institution
• - Conduct fire risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• - Supervise fire safety equipment installation, testing, and maintenance
• - Ensure compliance with all fire safety regulations and protocols
• - Develop and deliver training on fire safety procedures and emergency response
• - Teach nursing subjects to students
• - Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nursing students
• - Develop and update curriculum for nursing programs
• - Contribute to the academic and professional development of students
