• Build and interpret financial and cash flow models, including downside sensitivities
• Prepare credit papers and supporting materials for internal approval
• Support due diligence on fund structures, investors, uncalled capital commitments and fund documentation
• Support the negotiation of financing documentation
• Coordinate NDAs and preliminary documentation with Legal
• Assist with conditions precedent and internal processes through transaction closing
• Prepare marketing materials, pitches and client analyses to support origination
• Maintain transaction pipelines and internal reporting
• Coordinate with relationship teams
• Support portfolio monitoring, including borrowing base and covenant reviews
• Work alongside Risk, Legal, Capital and Markets to support transaction structuring and the assessment of pricing, profitability and capital usage
