Skills

• Master's Degree in Gender Studies, International Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years post qualification relevant experience in different gender aspects (gender mainstreaming, gender equality, gender-based violence etc.)
• Proficiency in English and Urdu (written and oral)
• Proficiency in Pashto (written and oral)
• Demonstrated Computer Skill (Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint))

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP)
• Ensure adherence to gender mainstreaming principles
• Promote gender equality within project operations
• Work on similar responsible positions preferably in multi-sectoral community-based projects/programs
• Engage with the public sector on gender-related initiatives
