Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the Airport Hotel
• Deliver approved business objectives and performance targets
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, banqueting, engineering/utilities, and guest services
• Drive occupancy, revenue, market share, profitability, and service excellence through revenue management, sales, marketing, and business development
• Ensure sound asset stewardship, operational risk management, internal controls, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain effective relationships with PIAHCL, the Board/management, regulators, owners, business partners, and other stakeholders
