Skills

• Medical equipment planning, tendering, technical evaluation, commissioning and asset management
• Structural design/review, site supervision and proficiency in ETABS/SAFE/Revit
• Project lifecycle, contracts, cost, schedule, variations, quality and risk management
• Primavera P6, scheduling, delay analysis, progress monitoring and reporting
• Contract drafting/negotiation, contract lifecycle management, risk/compliance, dispute resolution and knowledge of PPRA/PEC contractual frameworks
• Receptionist/front desk duties, administration, customer service

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing biomedical engineering operations and asset management
• Managing structural engineering projects, including design review and site supervision
• Leading construction project management, including execution, contracts, and lifecycle management
• Planning and controlling engineering projects, focusing on scheduling and progress monitoring
• Handling contract management, including drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution
• Providing front desk support, administrative tasks, and customer service
