Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the Government of Pakistan's initiatives for SME, Agriculture, and other program-based lending
• Ensure effective development and implementation of financing solutions for economic growth
• Support the implementation of the Bank's Green Banking, ESG, and Sustainable Finance strategy
• Develop and promote sustainable finance and green lending initiatives
• Oversee ESG integration and climate risk considerations across banking operations
• Establish strategic partnerships with regulators, DFIs, donors, and development organizations
• Provide overall strategic leadership and policy direction to the Inclusive Development Group (IDG)
• Formulate and implement strategies for Agriculture, Commercial & SME, Microfinance & Special Initiative, and Corporate Social Responsibility
• Oversee the performance and growth of all IDG Divisions
• Supervise and guide Divisional Heads in business planning and product development
• Review and recommend credit proposals for approval
• Monitor and support growth in Agriculture, SME, and Commercial Financing
• Represent IDG in relevant Board and senior management forums
• Participate in Executive Management Committees and other meetings
• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group budgets and business plans
