- Oversee ESG integration and climate risk considerations across the Bank's business
- Establish strategic partnerships with regulators, DFIs, donors, and development organizations
- Provide overall strategic leadership and policy direction to the Inclusive Development Group (IDG)
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve Group-wide objectives
- Oversee the performance and growth of all IDG Divisions
- Supervise and guide Divisional Heads in business planning, product development and execution of initiatives
- Review/recommend credit proposals
- Monitor/support growth in Agriculture, SME, Commercial Financing
- Represent IDG in Board Inclusive Development Committee, Board Committees and senior management forums
- Participate in Executive Management Committees
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group budgets and business plans
