Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ondersteunen van gemeenten bij het beoordelen van ruimtelijke initiatieven
• Opstellen van besluiten en het juridisch toetsen van beleid
• Zorgen dat besluiten zorgvuldig tot stand komen en wet- en regelgeving juist wordt toegepast
• Juridische afhandeling van (complexe) handhavingsdossiers als gevolg van vergunningen, met name op het gebied van de Omgevingswet
• Toetsen van verzoeken van inwoners en bevindingen van bouwinspecteurs aan relevante wet- en regelgeving
• Zorgen voor een integrale behandeling van handhavingszaken
• Behandelen van zienswijzen en bezwaren met advisering aan bestuurders
• Vertegenwoordigen van het college in bezwaar- en beroepszaken
• Fungeren als vraagbaak op het gebied van de Omgevingswet
