Skills

• Strong understanding of regulatory returns and compliance
• Proficiency in processing financial statements and managing payouts
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal departments, regulators, and shareholders
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements amendments
• Capacity to manage board and committee meetings, compile agendas, and record minutes
• Experience in organizing AGMs, EOGMs, and director elections
• Skill in coordinating annual appraisals, succession planning, and manpower development

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Secretary and Staff for timely submission of regulatory returns and processing of payouts
• Manage reconciliation statements and respond to queries from departments, regulators, and shareholders
• Discharge fiduciary responsibilities by staying updated on legal, statutory, and regulatory changes
• Support the Secretary in compiling Board/Committee agendas and conducting meetings
• Ensure compliance and maintain minutes of Board and Committee meetings
• Assist in organizing AGMs, EOGMs, and Election of Directors
• Make arrangements for corporate briefing sessions and other required meetings
• Coordinate with the Secretary on Annual Appraisal, Succession, Career Progression, Manpower Planning, and Department Staff Training
