Leverage digital channels and alternative delivery platforms to enhance deposit mobilization

Monitor branch performance and ensure accountability through structured review mechanisms (MIS, dashboards, KPIs)
Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards for liability products
