• Strong command over internal audit methodologies and risk-based auditing
• Deep knowledge of government rules, procurement laws, compliance frameworks, and international standards

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing multidisciplinary audit teams

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute risk-based annual audit plan aligned with International/National Standards
• Lead financial, operational, IT, forensic, performance and compliance audits across all NADRA Offices
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and objectivity of audit findings
• Verify compliance with government rules, Public Procurement Rules (PPRA), and internal SOPs
• Prepare high-quality audit reports for the Management and Audit Committee
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements
• Support development of internal control frameworks and organizational SOPs
• Build audit capability in areas such as IT audit, forensics, and process automation
• Ensure independence of the audit function and maintain a culture of objectivity and integrity
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators and oversight bodies whenever required
