• Skill in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment
• Capability to maintain cafeteria cleanliness
• Proficiency in preparing and serving beverages and snacks
• Experience in assembling patient meal trays
• Competence in managing food waste and disposal
• Ability to transport food and assist with event catering
• Familiarity with mopping, sweeping, and restocking
• Adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Professional and courteous interaction with patients, visitors, and staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash, peel, chop, and portion fruits, vegetables, and other food items
• Clean and sanitize washing work surfaces, sinks, preparation and service counters, and all kitchen/bakery equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in cafeterias, including washing tables, chairs, and utensils
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and food at the cafeteria and official catering service areas
• Assemble patient meal trays and manage food waste
• Dispose of food waste according to FSD cleaning standards
• Transport bulk food and trolleys, and assist in the physical arrangement of the cafeteria
• Assist with tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and refilling condiment bottles
• Deliver bulk food to cafeteria and service outlets
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
• Interact professionally and courteously with patients, visitors, and hospital staff
• Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor
