   • 📝 Copy of provisional PMDC registration
   • 📝 Copy of previous House Job rotation certificate (if applicable)
   • 📝 Fee challan worth Rs 500/-
   • 📝 Police verification (for selected candidates)
   • 📝 Undertaking regarding house job dues/ stipend/ honorarium payment from parent institute.
3. Submit Application:
   • 👉 Submit the completed application form along with all required documents before the deadline.
   • 👉 The last date for receipt of applications is December 10th, 2025.
4. Pay the Application Fee:
   • 💳 A fee challan of Rs 500/- is required.
5. Attend the Interview:
   • 👉 If shortlisted, attend the interview at Army Medical College, Rawalpindi, between December 16th and 17th, 2025.
