Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM)
• Knowledge of hotel/resort policies on room allocation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in training and orienting new hosts, conducting regular training sessions
• Demonstrate and guide Housekeeping hosts in performing duties according to procedures
• Maintain effective communication with other departments for smooth operations
• Monitor daily arrivals and occupancy reports in coordination with management
• Supervise and inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
• Ensure Housekeeping hosts have necessary tools, equipment, and resources
• Coordinate removal and handling of items requiring repair or specialized cleaning
• Inspect corridors, service areas, and assigned spaces for cleanliness and safety
• Monitor activities within assigned areas and report any irregularities
• Ensure all Lost and Found items are properly labelled, recorded, and stored
• Issue and monitor room keys for proper control and accountability
• Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, and feedback related to Housekeeping
• Schedule and monitor deep-cleaning projects
• Ensure Housekeeping offices, storage areas, and equipment are properly maintained
• Monitor stock levels and control inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor departmental expenses and minimise waste
• Assist in conducting host performance reviews and establishing improvement plans
• Identify and report health and safety hazards
• Assist guests during emergency evacuations and medical situations
• Ensure Housekeeping hosts consistently follow Six Senses, LQA, and hotel standards
• Assist in developing and implementing plans to improve housekeeping operations
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by management
• Maintain and exceed established performance benchmarks and service standards
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management
