Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Administration in managing daily administrative operations
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments including Front Desk, Security, Transport, Food Services, and Health & Occupational Safety
  • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and adherence to hospital policies
  • Support implementation of SOPs and administrative guidelines
  • Supervise front desk operations to ensure patient service standards are maintained
  • Coordinate with security and transport teams for effective coverage and safety
  • Oversee food services operations in coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Support Health & Occupational Safety compliance and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between management and departmental supervisors
  • Handle administrative queries, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation for management review
  • Coordinate with HR for staffing needs, onboarding, and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct routine checks and inspections of assigned departments
  • Support audits and inspections by internal or external authorities
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management
  • Act as MOD (Manager on Duty) when required
