• Assist in identifying and resolving patient needs
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their attendants

• Support clinicians in administering and documenting prophylaxis

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant healthcare providers and program staff

• Assist in administering and documenting post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)

• Report any incidents involving patients, staff, visitors, or animal bites
• Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Department
