Skills

• Proficiency in Linux system administration
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and Python
• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and playbooks
• Experience in IT infrastructure projects, including migration and industrialization
• Solid understanding of system security maintenance (MCS)
• Capability to manage N2-N3 support levels
• Experience in technical documentation writing
• Good listening, analysis, and synthesis skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational and security maintenance (MCO/MCS) of Linux and Windows server infrastructure
• Design, develop, and deploy scripts (Shell, Python) and Ansible playbooks for task automation
• Standardize configurations and accelerate deployment processes
• Participate in System Information (SI) construction and migration projects
• Integrate industrialization and security logic into new infrastructure projects
• Manage storage and backup-related infrastructure projects
• Oversee outsourced N1/N2 service providers
• Handle Level 3 incidents and user requests
• Write comprehensive technical documentation for projects and operations
• Collaborate with software tools, workstation, and application teams
• Work closely with outsourced IT service providers and internal client entities
• Engage in the full lifecycle of IT solutions, from conception to production
