Skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
• Post-qualification experience in IT, Information Security, or SOC operations
• Working knowledge/experience in Network Security, VAPT, SSDLC, Supply Chain Security, Security Policies, Procedures, Frameworks, Firewall, Proxy, PAM, DLP, and MFA
• Experience as head of SOC function (for SOC roles)
• Training delivery experience for Secure Code Checklist/Methods (for CERT Specialist role)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as Additional Director/Joint Director in Information Security
• Act as Joint Director for SOC operations
• Function as Additional Joint Director, Deputy Director, or Assistant Director for Cybersecurity Assessment & CERT Specialist roles
• Apply expert knowledge in Network Security, VAPT, SSDLC, Supply Chain Security, and related security protocols
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Manage security frameworks and technologies, including Firewalls and DLP
• Deliver training on cybersecurity best practices and secure coding
• Contribute to the overall security posture of the Commission
