• Minimum 1 year practical ServiceNow configuration and scripting
• Solid foundation in ITIL, GlideApi, JSON/XML, REST/SOAP, Business Rules and client scripts on the ServiceNow platform
• Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• Familiarity with web technologies, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills
• Willingness to take ownership and follow coding standards
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications, forms, modules, and workflows tailored to business requirements across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
