Kinnaird College for Women is seeking a motivated and qualified candidate for the pivotal role of Deputy Director within the Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness department. This administrative position offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the college's commitment to academic excellence and quality standards.

As the Deputy Director, you will play a key role in assisting the Director in implementing the college's Quality Policy. Responsibilities include supporting the operational affairs of the Quality department, enhancing academic standards, reviewing teaching quality, and drafting essential reports for internal and external reviews (RIPE and PREE).

• Minimum Qualification: Master's/MPhil or equivalent degree.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience after obtaining a Master's/MPhil degree after at least 18 years of education; or 5 years of experience after a Master's awarded after 16 years of education.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, alongside excellent communication skills.
