Skills

• Formación en Hostelería, Cocina, Certificado de Profesionalidad o conocimientos equivalentes
• Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en un puesto similar (valorable en sector sociosanitario o colectividades)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Asistir al cocinero/a en la preparación preliminar y acondicionamiento de materias primas
• Colaborar en las tareas de emplatado y ensamblaje de dietas
• Realizar la limpieza, desinfección y orden del menaje, utensilios, maquinaria y zonas de trabajo
• Recepcionar, organizar y almacenar la mercancía
• Preparar y organizar la materia prima en proceso de descongelación
• Cumplir con rigurosidad los protocolos e instrucciones del sistema de autocontrol (APPCC) y la legislación vigente en materia de higiene y prácticas de trabajo
• Organizar y hacer un buen uso de los materiales, herramientas y equipos necesarios para su trabajo diario
