Head of Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Department – LESCO

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), a leading State-Owned Enterprise, seeks a qualified and experienced professional to lead its Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Department. This critical role will oversee the integrated HSEQ system, ensuring alignment with NEPRA power safety codes and international ISO standards. The successful candidate will champion a proactive safety culture, driving compliance and sustainability throughout the organization.

• Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, TQM, Environment, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 20 years of total experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or consultancy role related to Process Safety, Occupational Health & Wellness, Stress Management, and Quality & Environment Management Systems.
• Additional qualifications in Safety (NEBOSH IGC, HAZOP, NFPA, ISO) are advantageous.
• Experience with HSEQ management systems in public/private power sector organizations is preferred.
