- Step 2: Application Submission
- Complete all required registration data and information accurately.
- Ensure that your application is fully SUBMITTED. This position represents excellent vacancies in the region. Applications saved in draft or marked as INCOMPLETE will not be considered for evaluation.
- Step 3: Query Resolution
- It is essential to have all your queries or complaints addressed and resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Please note that requests for assistance received after the registration deadline may not be processed due to system and logistical constraints.
- Step 4: Verification of Personal Information
- Before finalizing your submission, meticulously check your personal details, including your name, CNIC number, and cell number. Any discrepancy between your CNIC details and the application data could lead to disqualification from sitting for the test.
- Step 5: Candidate Identification Policy
- Only candidates who register using their own valid CNIC will be permitted to participate in the test. Applications submitted using the CNIC of parents, siblings, relatives, or any other individual will be invalidated.
- Step 6: Fee Submission
- The required test fee can be conveniently paid through 1Link/1Bill Invoice payment services using the generated consumer number.
- Upon successful payment, proceed to the ETC Dashboard and click on 'Verify Online Payment' to confirm your transaction.
- Kindly note that the test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Step 7: Roll Number Slip Download
- Successful applicants will be able to download their Roll Number Slips approximately one week prior to the test date. These can be accessed via http://etc.hec.gov.pk or through your registered Email address.
- You will also receive an Email/SMS notification regarding the issuance of your Roll Number Slips. Ensure you provide valid email and mobile numbers for these important communications. Please be aware that SMS services may not be supported for numbers that have switched networks.
- Step 8: Test Day Requirements
- On the day of the test, you must bring a printout of your Roll Number Slip along with your original CNIC or Passport.
- Candidates under 18 years of age, who do not possess a CNIC, must present their original B Form along with their original SSC/HSSC certificate featuring their photograph.
- Step 9: Test Centre Selection
- Applicants can select their preferred test centre from the options available within the application form.
- Please note that once selected, the test centre cannot be changed. However, ETC reserves the right to assign an alternative test centre if a selected location does not meet the minimum applicant requirement of 250 candidates.
- Step 10: Prohibited Items
- Electronic devices such as calculators, recording devices, communication gadgets, or imaging devices are strictly prohibited inside the test centre.
- Any attempt to take, upload, or share images of the question book is a serious offense and will be dealt with according to ETC rules.
