- Recognized Experience as Assistant Professor from PM&DC
- Relevant experience of minimum 2 Years
- Preference for candidates with FCPS
- As per PM&DC Criteria
- Level III Qualification in respective subject like FCPS / MS / MD
- Experience in relevant subject
- Post RN BSN / BSN from PN&MC recognized & reputed Institute
- Registered with PN&MC
- 1 Year experience in relevant field of teaching / clinical experience
- MPhil in a relevant discipline (mandatory)
- Candidates enrolled in a PhD or holding a PhD
- Strong academic profile with an excellent professional reputation
- Demonstrated experience in overall management and administration of an academic institute
- Prior experience as a Dean, Head of Institute, Principal, or Head of Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor students
- Conduct research and publish findings
- Contribute to curriculum development
- Participate in departmental and institutional activities
- Supervise academic and administrative functions (for Dean)
- Manage departmental operations (for Dean)
