Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring reliable clinical collaboration
• Undertake independent specialist medical treatment of patients
• Ensure guideline-based, professionally sound, and humanely compassionate care
• Coordinate structured discharge management and ensure clear transitions to further care
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate treatment progress across professional groups
• Conceptually develop existing therapy programs and contribute own professional insights
• Support doctors in training in their professional development
• Represent the medical director and assume responsibility for smooth medical and organizational processes
• Participate in on-call duty (primarily on-call duty, with night care usually covered by separate night physicians)
