Skills

• Minimum 5 years swimming coaching experience preferable in a 4 to 5 Star Hotel/ Club/ Swimming Center
• Proficient swimmer and competent in teaching beginners as well as advanced swimmers
• Knowledge of swimming strokes, training methods and pool safety
• Lifesaving/ First Aid/CPR qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years tennis coaching experience in any Club/ Coaching Center
• Good communication skills
• A ranking player will be preferred
• Minimum 5 years snooker coaching experience in any Club/ Coaching Center
• Sports-related course/ certificate preferred
• Preferably 3-5 years experience in a Club/ 5 Star Hotel/ Sports Complex
• Knowledge of sports equipment, court preparation equipment issuance and maintenance
• Physically fit with good communication and member dealing skills
• Preferably 3-5 years lifeguarding experience in a Club/ 5 Star Hotel/ Swimming Pool/ Sports Complex
• Excellent swimming and rescue ability
• Must pass practical rescue, casualty towing/ retrieval and CPR tests
• Remain alert and capable of responding effectively in emergencies

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coaching swimmers to achieve their potential
• Developing training programs for various skill levels
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of participants
• Conducting and supervising sports activities
• Maintaining sports facilities and equipment
• Assisting in event management and coordination
• Responding effectively to emergencies
