Skills

• Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Experience in electrical/mechanical operation
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience in mining, industrial or heavy engineering sites
• Candidates having domicile of Balochistan (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and project facilities
• Ensure equipment availability, timely troubleshooting and minimum operational downtime in coordination with production and mine engineering teams
• Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, inspections, records and reports, and supervise maintenance staff and contractors
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify process and cost improvements, and ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved SOPs
