Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly executive schedules
• Prepare detailed agendas, proofread formats, presentations, and record accurate minutes
• Analyze incoming memos/files and submissions to determine significance and plan distributions
• Prioritize and draft executive correspondence, phone calls, and emails
• Draft, edit, and prepare reports and presentations using MS Office
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal departments to close compliance gaps
• Review contracts, policies, and legal documents
• Attend and respond to risks-based audit reports
• Attend to legal risks and suggest mitigating measures
