Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all types of mechanical preventive, corrective & condition-based maintenance as per OEM guidelines.
• Oversee and ensure smooth operation of Utility Systems (HVAC, Air Compressors, Thermal & Water Systems).
• Ensure timely procurement & inventory control of critical spares.
• Approve and streamline purchase requisitions to avoid delays.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for smooth departmental operations.
• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Liaise with vendors for outsourced services and ensure machine & utility availability.
• Guide, mentor, and manage your team to deliver peak performance.
• Provide strategic input to management for long-term efficiency.
