Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS systems to improve operational efficiency
Conduct training of staff on MIS tools, applications, policies, and procedures
Coordinate with the MIS team to ensure technology, infrastructure, and operational requirements are met
Conduct reporting requirements analysis, system risk analysis, and software reliability analysis of programs
Ensure applications and reports are designed on time and fulfill reporting requirements
Ensure qualitative aspects of program data management from district to federal level
Set up and maintain documentation and standards, and generate reports as requested by the supervisor
Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance
Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Deploy MIS/DHIS2 systems in all TIH intervention districts
Travel frequently to district and provincial based offices for data collection, supervision, and trainings
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
