• Understanding of procurement cycle management
• Experience in developing monitoring frameworks

• Demonstrated experience of writing reports with quantitative analysis
• Procurement related trainings/certifications (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of Goods, Works, Consulting & Non-consulting services
• Manage contract management with Donors funded programs/projects
• Oversee the implementation of PPRA Rules
• Develop monitoring frameworks
• Conduct sampling design and data collection
• Perform assessments and reporting
• Implement gap analysis and corrective measures
• Write reports with quantitative analysis
