• Experience with health information systems (HMIS) and digital data platforms (e.g., DHIS2, REDCap, EMRs)
• Strong data management, validation, and analysis skills
• Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Experience in operational research and program evaluations
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for MEL enhancement
• Capacity building and training skills for staff and partners

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of MEAL frameworks for CHD programs
• Assist in refining theory of change documents, results frameworks, and logframes
• Coordinate the collection, compilation, management, validation, and analysis of program data
• Manage and oversee Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and other digital data platforms
• Lead routine data quality assurance activities and data audits
• Conduct and support quantitative and qualitative data analysis and operational research
• Identify and pilot AI-enabled tools to enhance MEL and operational efficiency
• Support capacity building of staff and implementing partners on MEAL concepts and digital systems
• Prepare donor reports and program performance reports
• Ensure compliance with organizational MEAL standards and data governance policies
