• Perform complete patient assessments and paperwork
• Record patient progress and events in the HMIS system
• Participate in patient management under supervision
• Ensure correct medication and instructions are given to patients
• Explain healthcare needs to patients and their families
• Continuously enhance clinical competencies under supervision
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, especially Health and Safety
• Maintain continuous and consistent communication with faculty, staff, patients, and their families
• Counsel patients and their families at their level of understanding
• Possess a valid license from the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council
• Demonstrate good written communication skills, particularly for patient care documentation
• Willingness to work in shift duties
• Experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Department, and UCS is preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and perform complete paperwork as per hospital protocols
• Record patient progress and events in the HMIS system
• Participate in patient management under the supervision of senior medical staff
• Administer correct medication and instructions as advised by consultants
• Explain healthcare needs to patients and their families
• Work towards enhancing clinical competencies under supervision
• Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, including Health and Safety at Work
