• Valid PMDC/PMC registration certificate
• Verified Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized/registered institute
• Verified Female Medical Technician Diploma from a recognized/registered institute
• Dispenser Diploma from a recognized/registered institute
• Verified 2-Year LHV Diploma from a recognized/registered institute
• Verified 2-Year Community Midwife Diploma from a recognized/registered institute
• Matric with Diploma from Provincial Medical Faculty or equivalent (for Lab Technician/Lab Assistant)
• Matric (Science) with Vaccinator Certificate / 3 months vaccination training (for Vaccinator)
• Minimum Primary education; literacy preferred (for Dai)
• One-year Dai training from DHQ/THQ or certificate from Provincial Director MNCH (for Dai)
• Valid driving license with relevant experience (for Driver)
• Local domicile preference given
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide medical services as a Medical Officer/Lady Medical Officer
• Assist in medical procedures as a Medical Technician
• Perform duties as a Female Medical Technician
• Dispense medications accurately as a Dispenser
• Provide health education and support as a Lady Health Visitor (LHV)
• Offer community-based healthcare services as a Community Midwife (CMW)
• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures as a Lab Technician/Lab Assistant
• Administer vaccinations efficiently as a Vaccinator
• Provide basic care and support as a Dai
• Operate vehicles safely for official duties as a Driver
• Maintain patient records meticulously
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
