Skills
- Conduct mass screening for depression/anxiety at both facility and community levels
- Provide lay counseling and support to individuals found positive for depression/anxiety
- Maintain excellent records of client treatment progress
- Establish a safe environment for people to discuss their personal issues
- Provide counseling to family members (if needed) of people with depression/anxiety
- Make home visits as required
- Conduct community mobilization activities, as required, for awareness-raising sessions
- Carry out research activities (data collection) as required by the program
