Duties and Responsibilities:

Report on duty as per schedule and confirm assigned areas
Check inventory of assigned areas and report deficiencies
Conduct bed-to-bed shift handover, including patient status, medications, and pending tasks
Document patient handover in HMIS and address urgent concerns
Evaluate each patient's needs for supplies, medication, labs, and food
Provide direct patient care in a calm and considerate manner
Ensure quality care by adhering to IHHN policies and procedures
Assess new patients on arrival, monitor vital signs, height, and weight
Document patient information in HMIS for all OPD, ER, IPD, and LDR patients
Check Fetal Heart sound using Fetoscope/Sonic Cade and document in HMIS
Inform duty doctor for review of patient conditions
