Accounts & Billing Executive at Momentum Logistics

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Billing Executive to join our dynamic team at Momentum Logistics. This position represents excellent urgent hiring in the region. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, analyze costs, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Manage daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct trip cost and profit analysis on a daily basis.
• Generate invoices and handle tax deductions.
• Required qualifications include B.Com, M.Com, or ICMA (Part).
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transaction records in accordance with data available on the central database (Google Sheet)
• Maintain trip cost and profit analysis on a daily basis
• Update trip record in Climax to generate the system trip number and P&L
• Manage accounts payable/receivable for both customers and vendors
• Reconcile PODS (Proof of Delivery) as a second line of verification before printing invoices
• Generate invoices and handle tax deductions (GST/WHT) and compliance
• Reconcile ledgers and report monthly financial analysis
