Support harmonization of procurement systems, regulations, and codes of ethics
Conduct economic and other studies related to procurement
Review and improve procurement processes
Draft regulatory frameworks for e-procurement and public-private partnerships

Examine performance of procuring agencies
Produce quarterly quantitative monitoring dashboards
