Job Highlights:

• Wing Head – BI Data Governance & Analytics: Requires minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields, with expertise in data governance frameworks, data management, and analytics.
• Wing Head – DBG Strategy and Business Planning: Requires minimum 08 years of experience in Digital Banking and/or Business Strategy, with a focus on digital transformation and business planning initiatives.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics) or professional certifications.
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
• Employment Type: Contractual basis for three years, renewable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Bank's data engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital banking
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategy, framework, policies, and standards
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (SBP, GDPR, ISO, etc.)
• Establish and oversee data quality, stewardship, and accountability frameworks across business units
• Lead and coordinate data governance councils/committees to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Drive initiatives for metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and Master Data Management (MDM)
• Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and risk stakeholders to embed governance principles
• Evaluate, implement, and manage data governance tools and technologies (Informatica, etc.)
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data privacy, protection, and governance controls
• Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure governance effectiveness and provide regular reports and insights to senior management, audit, and board-level committees
• Drive awareness, training, and cultural change programs to foster data stewardship across the organization
• Support strategic initiatives and digital transformation programs by ensuring trusted and well-governed data
• Perform any other assignments as assigned by supervisor(s)
