Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform site visits for overall assessment of project/assignment and report findings accurately
• Prepare cost estimate for each project/task in light of Bank's policy and PPRA rules
• Review and analyze the layout plans and discuss any change with supervisor and cross-functional teams
• Prepare bidding documents as per the Bank's defined policy/procedure
• Review and verify project bills/invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with project consultants, branches, and regional teams for smooth execution of ongoing projects
• Monitor and assess operations and maintenance of Generators, UPS, DBs, Solar Systems, and other electrical systems
• Supervise electrical/mechanical work during construction and renovation projects to ensure proper installation and safety standards
• Provide on-site supervision as required to ensure work is completed according to plan and quality standards
• Perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
