Job Details:

Position 1: Information Architect (AVP / VP)

• Reporting to: Wing Head – Enterprise Architecture
• Experience: Minimum 06 years in IT, with at least 03 years in Enterprise Architecture.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, data modeling, information governance, and architecture documentation.
• Responsibilities: Designing and maintaining enterprise architecture standards, developing IT strategies, ensuring adherence to frameworks, and providing architectural guidance.

Position 2: Manager Administration - IT Strategy Management (AVP / VP)

• Reporting to: Wing Head – IT Strategy & Budget
• Experience: Minimum 06 years in IT, with 03 years in IT Strategy or IT Security, preferably in banking.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT governance, and strategic planning methodologies.
• Responsibilities: Leading IT strategy development, formulating enterprise-wide IT roadmaps, collaborating with business units, and evaluating emerging technologies.

General Information:

• Employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, renewable based on performance.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

• Establish and manage enterprise-wide data ownership and stewardship models
• Define and implement information governance policies and standards
• Assist internal and external audit, risk, and compliance reviews
• Establish, document, and maintain enterprise information architecture principles
• Enforce solution compliance through architecture review forums
• Review and manage architecture deviations
• Provide architectural guidance to project and development teams
• Assist in solution architecture and design
• Design and maintain enterprise-wide data flow diagrams and integration patterns
• Liaise across Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for data modernization, analytics enablement, and AI
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous review of the Bank's IT strategy
• Formulate and maintain enterprise-wide IT strategic roadmaps and technology plans
• Collaborate with business units, IT Wings, and senior management
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends
• Establish and monitor IT strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage IT investment proposals and business initiatives
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and management information
