Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure impeccable welcome during the night shift, guaranteeing service continuity, correct management of administrative and accounting operations, and security of the structure, in compliance with the excellence standards of the Lido Palace
• Manage reception activities during the night shift, including check-in, check-out, and guest assistance
• Execute daily closing procedures and verify the correctness of accounting records
• Check accounts, charges, payments, and cash operations
• Prepare reports and administrative documentation for the Management and the Front Office team
• Manage requests, needs, and emergencies with discretion and promptness
• Monitor the security and tranquility of the environments during the night, following company procedures
• Ensure a precise and complete handover of information to the next shift team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational continuity and service quality
